Delete Your Concierge Cleaners Account

You can permanently delete your Concierge Cleaners account and the personal data associated with it. The fastest way is from inside the app, but if you no longer have access you can also request deletion from this page.

Delete from inside the app (recommended)

Open the Concierge Cleaners app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm; once confirmed, deletion begins immediately.

Request deletion by email

Send an email to info@conciergecleanersllc.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” We will reply with a confirmation link to verify the request before processing it.

What gets deleted

Your name, email address, phone number, and saved addresses.
Your saved payment methods (the Stripe customer record is also removed).
Push notification tokens for your devices.
Profile photo, if any.
Order history is anonymized: your personal details are removed, but the order records themselves are retained for tax and accounting purposes (typically seven years).

What cannot be deleted

Records we are required to retain for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons (in anonymized form).
Unused bundle credits are forfeited and not refunded on account deletion. Use them before requesting deletion if you want their value.

Active orders

If you have an order in progress, deletion will be processed after the order is completed or cancelled. We will notify you if this delays your request.

Timeline

We acknowledge deletion requests within two business days and complete deletion within thirty (30) days, in line with our Privacy Policy.
