Concierge Cleaners LLC ("Concierge Cleaners," "we," "our," or "us") provides laundry pickup, cleaning, and delivery services through our website and mobile applications. This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and a password (stored as a one-way hash via our authentication provider). Customers also provide one or more pickup and delivery addresses.

Order information

We store the orders you place, including service type, item counts, weights, photos taken by drivers and facility staff for proof of pickup and delivery, scheduling details, and order status history.

Payment information

Payments are processed by our payment partner, Stripe. Card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure form and are never stored on our servers. We retain a Stripe customer identifier and the last four digits and brand of your saved card for display purposes.

Location information

Customer app: with your permission, we collect your device’s precise location while the app is in use, to verify service-area coverage and to display your driver’s position on the map during an active order. We do not collect customer location in the background.

Driver app: with your permission, we collect a driver’s precise location both while the app is in use and in the background. Background location is collected only between the moment a driver accepts an order and the moment that order is completed or cancelled. It is used to share real-time arrival estimates with the customer and with dispatch. Drivers see a persistent on-screen notification whenever background location is being collected.

Device and notification data

We collect a push notification token from your device so we can send you order status updates. We may collect basic device information (operating system, app version) for diagnostic purposes.

Communications

When you contact our support team, we keep a record of the conversation and any information you provide.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account.
  • To schedule, dispatch, fulfill, and deliver your orders.
  • To process payments and prevent fraud.
  • To send order status notifications by push, email, or SMS.
  • To respond to your support requests and customer service needs.
  • To improve our services and develop new features.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only with service providers we use to operate the platform, and only as needed for them to perform their function:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe’s privacy policy.
  • Supabase — cloud hosting, authentication, and database storage.
  • Expo — push notification delivery via Apple and Google.
  • Brevo — transactional email and authentication email delivery.
  • Twilio — SMS delivery (when enabled).
  • Google Maps — address autocomplete and geocoding.

Customers and drivers see one another’s first name and a partial location during an active order, so they can coordinate pickup and delivery. Drivers do not see the customer’s exact street address until they have claimed the order.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share your information with advertising networks or data brokers.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active. After you request account deletion, we delete or anonymize personal information within 30 days, except for transactional records we are required to retain for tax and accounting purposes.

5. Your Rights and Choices

  • Access and correction: you can review and update your profile information from within the app.
  • Account deletion: you can delete your account in-app from Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by submitting a request at our account deletion page.
  • Notifications: you can disable push notifications from your device settings, and unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any email.
  • Location: you can revoke location permission from your device settings at any time. Some features may not work without it.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
