Each bag holds up to 30 lbs of laundry, which is roughly the equivalent of 2-3 loads in a standard washing machine. We provide the bags at no extra cost.
If your bag exceeds 30 lbs, an overage charge of $3 per additional pound is applied. Our facility weighs every bag and you are notified of the exact weight before any overage is charged.
No. Bundle credits never expire. Use them whenever you need laundry service — there is no rush.
Same-day delivery is available on Wash & Fold orders booked before 11:45 AM. A $15 surcharge applies. Your laundry is cleaned and returned the same day.
A hold is placed on your card when you book. The final charge is captured only after our facility confirms the exact weight of your bag. You are never charged more than expected.
Yes. You can add a custom detergent preference as an add-on for $10 per order. Otherwise, we use our standard premium detergent.
You can cancel or reschedule your order free of charge up to 12 hours before your pickup window starts. Inside the 12-hour window, please reach out to support so we can help.
