Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Concierge Cleaners’ website, mobile applications, and laundry pickup and delivery services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Concierge Cleaners offers laundry pickup, washing, folding, dry cleaning, and delivery within designated service areas. Available service types and pricing are shown in the app and on our website.

2. Service Area

We currently serve select zip codes. Coverage is shown in the app and is subject to change. We will notify you if your address falls outside of an active service area.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Wash & Fold (one-time): priced by weight. A payment authorization hold is placed at booking and the final amount is captured after your laundry has been weighed at the facility.
  • Dry Cleaning: charged at booking based on quoted item pricing.
  • Bundle Plans: prepaid credits for wash & fold service. Bundle credits do not expire and are not transferable. Bundles are a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and do not auto- renew.
  • Overage charges: if your order exceeds the credits purchased, the overage is charged separately to your saved payment method.
  • Tipping: optional. Tips go directly to your driver.

All payments are processed by Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the corresponding amounts.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Orders can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup window. Cancellations within 12 hours may be subject to a fee. Bundle credits used for a cancelled order are returned to your account.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact and address information.
  • Be available during the scheduled pickup and delivery windows.
  • Empty pockets, separate delicates, and remove non-laundry items before pickup.
  • Do not include items prohibited under Section 6.

6. Items Not Accepted

We do not accept the following items: leather, suede, fur, wedding gowns, items with sentimental or irreplaceable value, items containing hazardous materials, soiled biological materials, or items prohibited by law. We reserve the right to refuse service for any items at our discretion.

7. Liability

Our maximum liability for lost or damaged items is limited as described in our claims policy. Claims must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery. Pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, manufacturer defects, and color bleeding caused by mixed-fabric garments are not eligible for claims. Specific liability terms are being finalized with counsel.

8. Account Terms

  • One account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

9. Promotions and Coupons

Promotional codes are subject to the terms displayed at the time of offer, may have expiration dates, and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Coupons are not applicable to bundle purchases.

10. Intellectual Property

The Concierge Cleaners name, logo, applications, and website are the property of Concierge Cleaners LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Specific dispute resolution and arbitration provisions are being finalized with counsel.
